Mental health care for LGBT+
Kaleidos is an accessible and specialized mental health care institution in Amsterdam for LGBTI+ people. At Kaleidos you will find healthcare providers who are also experts in experience. It is a safe place where you are ensured you can be yourself and where only LGBTI+ sensitive healthcare providers work. Diversity is the norm for us. We have an understanding of the specific vulnerabilities within the LGBTI+ community.

Complaints policy
If there is a complaint (or dispute), you can find information about the procedure here (in Dutch). Starting from October, Kaleidos will be affiliated with the independent complaints committee of Klachtenportaal Zorg.

The "Landelijk Kwaliteitsstatuut GGZ" (National Quality Statement for Mental Healthcare) describes the organizational requirements that healthcare providers must meet to deliver high-quality mental healthcare.
